Jones Underground LLC is a reliable and trustworthy company. In January, I had a water line leak somewhere in my 250 feet of line between the pump house and residence. I was told by my pump guy that I would likely have to run a new line and wait until spring to do it. I called Jones Underground and Justin Jones came out that night to look at the problem. He returned the next day and took measurements to run a new line, which would have cost around $10,000, which I agreed to. The third day, before purchasing the line, he came out one more time, went under the house and discovered the leak was outside the house, but within a foot or two of the foundation. The leak was found and repaired at a fraction of the cost of running a new line. He did not have to take a second look as I agreed to purchasing and installing a new line, but he did and saved me thousands of dollars. I will recommend Jones Underground to anybody who needs underground work done.
